Community partnerships are the cornerstone of ARC. These services work in collaboration with each family to ensure the path to reunification is made efficient.
In keeping with the IOC service system model, organization collaboration monitoring through case managers and program staff provides clients the opportunities for on-going community engagement and program responsiveness.
Parent Action Network (PAN)
An intensive 16 week or more group focusing on empowering parents to take control of the process of retaining custody of their children. PAN provides:
A safe and emotionally supportive environment
Increased understanding of family court and the child welfare environment
Child welfare law and policy
Improved ability to work on goals on the single case plan
Self-exploration and reflection

Providing free, high-quality civil legal services to individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness in Philadelphia.
Community Council Health Systems provides comprehensive mental health and anger management services. Medical Assistance, Community Behavioral Health (CBH) coverage, and many other insurance plans are accepted. All information received is confidential.
